Ideally, they are seeking an all-rounder who can negotiate offers, list properties, progress sales and work well within a team.

As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, your duties will include:
- Booking and conducting market appraisals
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Progressing sales from start to finish
- Negotiating offers effectively
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the property market and trends
- Generating new leads and business opportunities
- Maintaining a well-presented and confident professional image
- Communicating effectively both in writing and verbally
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- A highly motivated and driven approach
- At least 3 years of recent experience in estate agency
- Proven ability to generate new leads and list properties
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A solid understanding of the local property market
