The successful Valuer will be offered:
- Up to £27,000 Basic (depending on experience)
- £50,000 + OTE
- Company Car
- Uncapped Commission

- Guaranteed commission for 3 months

Valuer requirements:
- Have over 3 years experience as a sales valuer
- Proven track record of winning instructions
- Great ability to build rapport and relationships
- Full UK Driving License
Key tasks for the Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
- Generating Market Appraisals
- Marketing yourself and the company
- Developing Relationships with local homeowners
- Managing the property through the full sale process
