Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Romford Area, are looking to employ a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator. They are well-known within the local area and looking to build upon their current success.
The successful Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £20,000 Basic
- OTE - £30,000 - £35,000
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Career Progression
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 19:00
Alternate Saturday | 09:00 – 17:30
To be considered for the Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
- Experience working within a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and have the ability to manage your own workload
- Drive to be successful
- Full UK Driving License
As a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Booking and generating Market Appraisals
- Dealing with offers
- Booking and attending viewings
- Registering applicants
- Canvassing
- Prospecting potential leads
