With a strong reputation and growing presence in the East Suffolk/South East Norfolk market, they are now seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join their successful team.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 DOE
- Realistic OTE of up to £32,000 DOE (Uncapped)

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:
- Greeting and registering buyers and vendors
- Matching clients to properties and arranging viewings
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
- Generating valuation leads and supporting instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator, you must have:
- Minimum of 12 months' recent experience in a Sales Negotiator role
- Strong proven track record in Estate Agency
- A strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
- Confident, personable, and customer-focused
- A collaborative team player with individual initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good local knowledge of the Beccles area is desirable
