As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will be:

  • Greeting and registering buyers and vendors
  • Matching clients to properties and arranging viewings
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
  • Generating valuation leads and supporting instructions
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales
  • Building strong relationships with clients and applicants

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you must have:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a Sales Negotiator role
  • A strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
  • Confident, personable, and customer-focused
  • A collaborative team player with individual initiative
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Good local knowledge of the Nottingham / West Bridgford area is desirable
