Are you an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity?  

My client, an award-winning independent agent, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Gravesend.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.

Working Hours: 

  • 8:45am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday
  • Early finish on Fridays 
  • Alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm with 1 lieu day per month

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered: 

  • Basic salary of £25,000
  • OTE of £40,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
  • Will ideally have experience with valuations and Listings.
  • Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions
  • Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
  • Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
  • Being a senior figure in the team.

Requirements for the Senior Sales Negotiator position:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A Full Driving Licence.
  • Experience with listings is desired but not essential.
