As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:
- Negotiating offers
- Booking in valuations (Opportunity to conduct Valuations)
- Booking and attending viewings when needed
- Calling out new properties
- Registering buyers and sellers
- General admin
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- A strong proven track record as a Sales Negotiator
- In-depth knowledge of the Colchester market
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A highly driven and motivated approach
- Ability to generate new leads and drive business growth
- Professional appearance and a confident, approachable manner
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A full UK driving licence
