Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the branch by:

  • Managing and scheduling property valuations, building strong client relationships from day one
  • Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best possible deals for buyers and sellers
  • Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
  • Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right properties
  • Promoting new properties, ensuring all listings are communicated to the right audience
  • Upselling mortgage and conveyancing services, contributing to the branch’s growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Sales Negotiator (or a strong desire to progress into a Senior role)
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Knowledge of the Chingford area is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
  • Strong team player with a drive for career progression and success
  • Motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional results
