Working hours:

  • 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • Monday to Friday

Senior Project Manager requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience within project management - ideally within consultancy 
  • A bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar is essential 
  • Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, or equivalent) would be advantageous 
  • Full UK driving license and access to own car 
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal 
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC), and procurement methods.
  • Ability to work alone and well as part of a wider team 

Key duties of the Senior Project Manager will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through to completion.
  • Act as the key client interface, providing expert project management advice and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage project finances, cost control, and reporting to ensure profitability and value for money.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
