An opportunity has arisen in the Gateshead area for a Senior Sales Negotiator . The role will involve working in a well-recognised and market leading Estate Agency. Our clients are seeking a personable and experienced candidate with strong customer service skills and industry knowledge.
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- Alternate Saturdays (half day in lieu provided)
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary £26,000
- OTE of £30,000
- Use of Pool Car
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in role
- Excellent telephone manner
As a Senior Sales Negotiator , your role will involve:
- Liaising with buyers and sellers
- Negotiating
- Booking Viewings, Valuations and Mortgage Appointments
- Providing feedback to Vendors
- Working in a close knit team
