They are currently looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their team in the Ealing area as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

Working Hours: 

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered: 

  • £23,000 Basic salary

  • £49,000 OTE

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential - minimum 12 months 
  • Highly organised and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organise and manage your time and workload
  • Computer literate
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Upbeat personality and strong work ethic

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords
  • Increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new business opportunities
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
  • Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the letting process
  • Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
  • Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
  • Applicant and viewing management
  • Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor
  • Keeping in regular contact with all potential tenants, updating records accordingly.
