Working hours:
The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- £25,000 - £28,000 Basic salary - depending on experience
- OTE up to £40,000

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Experience within the Lettings sector
- Be highly organised and have a positive work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organise and manage your time and workload
- Computer literate
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Upbeat personality and strong work ethic
As Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Registering tenants and landlords
- Carrying out viewings
- Dealing with offers
