My client, an established independent agent, is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team. They are a market-leading firm looking to expand and cement its position in the Basildon postcodes. If you are a hungry valuer looking to join an exciting and forward-thinking estate agency, then this will be the position for you!
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 18:00
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Upto £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- £55,000+ OTE
- Tiered commission structure
- Bonus scheme
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong desire to be successful
- Must process a full driver license and access to your own vehicle
- Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level
Key duties of the Sales Valuer role:
- Provide accurate market valuations for clients
- Booking market appraisal’s
- Driving market share
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
- Build relationships with clients
