My client, an established independent agent, are looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team. They are a market-leading firm looking to expand and cement its position in the Basildon postcodes. If you are a hungry valuer looking to join an exciting and forward-thinking estate agency, then this will be the position for you.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 18:00
The Successful Sales Valuer Will Be Offered:
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 Depending on Experience
On Target Earning: £55,000 +
Tiered Commission Structure

Desired Qualities for a Sales Valuer
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
A strong desire to be successful
Must process a full driver license and access to your own vehicle
Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level
Main Duties of The Sales Valuer
Provide accurate market valuations for clients
Booking market appraisal’s
Driving market share
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
Build relationships with clients
