In this role, your primary focus will be to generate valuation leads, conduct property valuations, and secure new instructions. Achieving these objectives while delivering exceptional customer service is key. During quieter periods, you will also be expected to support the wider team, so a collaborative, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Responsibilities as a Valuer:
- Generate new business and conduct valuations from leads provided
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales process
- Support the wider team during quieter periods
- List properties on the market
- Promote the company's services and benefits to clients
Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
