If so, we are looking for such an individual for a new opportunity with our client, a well-established independent agency, who is currently looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their growing team in Harborne.
Working hours of a Sales Valuer:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- Alternate Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm (day off in lieu for one of the Saturdays)
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- £25,000 basic
- £50,000 OTE
- Car allowance
- Career progression
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency and valuing experience
- Able to work well individually as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Highly organised
- Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
- Increase Branch income.
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Selling the services of our clients
- Closing for business
- Help drive business forward
- Helping manage the team when needed
- Liaising with the Sales team to ensure everything is being done to achieve a successful sale
