We are looking for a Sales Valuer to join our clients, a hugely successful and expanding company based in the Colchester area. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year's experience in property valuations within either estate agency or new homes.
This role is predominantly office-based, working in a fast paced and collaborative team providing desktop valuations to residential homeowners.

My client is offering the successful Sales Valuer:
- Up to £30,000 Basic

Sales Valuer requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience within estate agency or new homes sales
- Highly driven and passionate
- Ability to work individually, as well as, part of a wider team
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Key tasks for the Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
- Valuing properties to residential home owners
- Building relationships with both the developers and the estate agents in the local area
- Expected to collaborate with your team to hit the targets
