Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings
- Arranging and carrying out valuations (when required)
- Negotiating offers effectively
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the property market and trends
- Generating new leads and business opportunities
- Maintaining a well-presented and confident professional image
- Communicating effectively both in writing and verbally
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- A highly motivated and driven approach
- At least 12 months of recent experience in estate agency
- Proven ability to generate new leads
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A solid understanding of the Ipswich property market
