A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our clients well-established, award-winning Agency in Aberdeenshire. Our clients are seeking a good communicator with experience in Estate Agency.
Working hours would be Monday – Friday from 9am to 5.15pm. There is a requirement for staff to assist with later evenings on a Thursday (until 7pm) and also to cover some Saturdays however this is on a rota basis and any time worked is given back to the employee (i.e TOIL)
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered
- £25,000 - £30,000
- Commissions
- 5 day working week
The successful Sales Negotiator will need:
- Experience in industry
- Driving licence
- Experience in selling
- Strong Customer service skills
Key responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator will include:
- Attending and booking viewings
- Booking Valuations
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Identify viewers specific property search requirements
- Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Dealing with offers
