- Managing and scheduling property valuations, building strong client relationships from day one
- Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best possible deals for buyers and sellers
- Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
- Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right properties
- Promoting new properties, ensuring all listings are communicated to the right audience
- Upselling mortgage and conveyancing services, contributing to the branch’s growth
