Our client is an up-and-coming Estate Agent in the East London area, who is currently looking at expanding their Romford office. They have a strong presence in the local area, which a team of hardworking sales negotiators and hungry property valuers has created. Therefore, they are looking for an individual who matches such a work ethic to join their team and help to continue the growth.
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 Basic
- Up to £35,000 OTE
- Market-Leading Commission Structure

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 08:30– 18:00
- Saturday’s | Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
- Day in Lieu
Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Previous track record in estate agency
- Ability to work as a Team Player
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven Track record of Selling Homes
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Booking and attending Viewings
- Receiving offers
- Negotiating offers
- Phoning out properties
