My client an independent estate agency, is looking for an experienced Negotiator to join their busy Sidcup office as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic up to £28,000 - depending on experience.
- OTE £45,000 (Uncapped)
- Car Allowance provided
- Full support from the Director

Working Hours:
- As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be expected to work full time including Saturdays
- 5-day working week
Requirements for a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Good knowledge of the Sidcup area
- Hard-working and flexible attitude
- Able to work on own initiative
- Driving licence
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
