Working hours:
- As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work full time
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- A basic salary of up to £25,000
- Realistic OTE £60,000 +
- High commission structure
- Pension
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Minimum of 2 years of prime central London Experience
- Proven track record
- Local knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Passionate about the property industry
- Organised
- Hard-working attitude
- Personable with the ability to work a part of a larger team, as well as, individually
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Conducting viewings around central London
- Negotiating offers
- Registering applicants
- Updating Vendors on their sale
