Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Romford Area, are looking to employ a Sales/Lettings Valuer to drive their branch forward. They are a well-known company in the local area and looking to build upon their successful reputation.
The successful Sales/Lettings Valuer will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 Basic
- OTE - £40,000 - £50,000
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Career Progression
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 19:00
Alternate Saturday | 09:00 – 17:30
To be considered for the Sales/Lettings Valuer Role you must have:
- Experience Winning Instructions
- Experience in sales and lettings
- Experience Working in a fast-paced environment
- The Determination to push a branch forward
- Full UK Driving License
As a Sales/Lettings Valuer your role will include but not be limited to:
- Booking and generating Market Appraisals
- Winning Instructions
- Canvassing
- Prospecting potential leads
