Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking for a Residential Surveyor in the Birmingham area. This role is available on a 6 month contract and involves right to buy valuations.
Working Hours:
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
- Day Rate of between £250 and £300
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Right to buy Valuations
- Produce accurate property reports
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
- Experience as a practising Surveyor
- RICS Membership
- Ability to carry out Level 1 Valuation reports
