The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- Upto £60,000 Basic salary

Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Has a minimum of 3 years experience in Surveying
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Local London knowledge would be helpful but not essential
- Someone who has a strong commitment to delivering quality service
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve the following:
- Conduct mortgage valuations and Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
- Provide accurate valuations for properties available for purchase at auction.
- Manage approximately 30 properties per month, predominantly within the London area.
- Utilise your expertise to take part in the company’s expansion efforts.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery.
