We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Wigan area on a full-time basis.
They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
Working hours:
- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time
- Flexible and home-based working
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- On Target earnings of £50,000 - £70,000
- 25+ days annual leave plus bank holidays

Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Residential Surveyor
- VRS Registered
- Highly driven and organised
- Experience in using iPad and Apps
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
