We’re currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to work with both UK and international clients in the property and finance sectors.
Based in Norwich and Dubai, GCB Recruitment has been working with award-winning and well-renowned clients across the UK and internationally for over 14 years! The successful Recruitment Consultant will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 Basic
- £30,000 - £50,000+ OTE (uncapped)
- Fantastic commission structure, uncapped earnings and bonuses

Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30pm
- Fridays 8.45am – 5pm
Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or sales or customer service industries
- Ambitious with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communicator with natural interpersonal skills
- Confident and personable phone manner
- Hard-working with a strong work ethic
- Able to work alone but still a team player
- Pro-active
- Motivated to hit and exceed set KPIs
- Willing to face challenges head-on
- Highly organised
Key tasks of a Recruitment Consultant include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing your own bank of clients, candidates and vacancies in a specific area and sector – meaning you’re not competing with your colleagues
- Dealing with queries
- Relationship building
- Negotiating fees and offers
- Business development
- Sourcing candidates; headhunting
- Understanding the needs of both candidates and clients
- Registering candidates
- Interviews – organising, arranging and gaining feedback
