They have some huge growth plans including an office in a Great location in Dubai. The role is available on a predominantly commission basis with 35% - 55% of the fee paid to yourselves.
Due to the fast pace and growth of the Dubai Real Estate market, a 6 figure salary is highly achievable in the 1st 12 months.
The successful Real Estate Agent will be offered:
- Basic salary of 2,000 AED per month
- This is a commission-based position with 35% - 55% commission paid on property completion
- 30,000 - 39,000 AED tax-free per month in your first year - top earners can earn up to 115,000 AED per month tax-free!

Real Estate Agent requirements:
- Driven and hungry, with a strong work ethic to achieve results
- Passion for property
- Experience within the property industry isn't essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
- Excellent customer service
- Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
As a Real Estate Agent, your duties will involve the following:
- Booking and attending Valuations
- Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
- Negotiating
- Building your own brand using social media and networking events
- Manage and build strong customer relationships
- Marketing your properties with the assistance of the in-house marketing team
- Arrange and attend meetings with buyers /sellers
- Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software
- Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyer
- Gaining and understanding of developers and their products
- Qualifying leads, both buyers and owners
- Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
