Due to company expansion, our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the St Albans Area, are looking to employ an experienced Property Valuer with a proven track record of successful to join their team.
The position will be based approximately 5 miles from St Albans in a popular location.
The successful Property valuer will be offered:
- Up to £31,000 basic salary
- £45,000 - £55,000 On Target Earnings
- Mileage expenses
- Potential of Company Car
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Working Hours:
- Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturday’s (one in every four) | 09:00 – 17:00
To be considered for the Property Valuer Role you must have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience Valuing Properties
- Experience Valuing Mid to High End Properties Advantageous
- Full Driver’s License
As a Property Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to
- Providing accurate market appraisals for potential sellers properties.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the property market
- Build relationships and Manage Expectations from the start.
- Win business for the branch.
