Key Requirements:
- Previous recent experience in estate agency essential
- Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Streets is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (particularly Facebook)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create window cards for property listings
- Manage board orders
- Compile property details and upload them to online portals
- Send out valuation reports and follow up on terms of business with clients
- Compile files and front sheets for properties
- Send sales memos to all parties involved in transactions
- Manage Spectre/touting tasks to generate leads
- Post regular updates on social media, primarily Facebook
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ID regulations
- Liaise with Niche to book photos and floorplans for properties
- Organise Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and other marketing compliance documents
- Book mortgage surveys and coordinate related activities
- Assist with basic sales progression tasks
- Take minutes at morning and monthly team meetings
- Handle staff holiday requests and absence management
- Organise and coordinate training sessions for team members
