We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who wants to take the next step in their career to become a Property Manager Team Leader in the Bracknell area with our award-winning clients.

This position will see the successful individual deliver exceptional property management and maintenance services, ensuring that contractual and legislative responsibilities are met and exceeded.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Our client is offering the successful Property Manager Team Leader:

  • Up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • £50,000 - £55,000 OTE

Property Manager Team Leader requirements:

  • Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written 
  • Previous experience with property management 
  • ARLA qualified (desirable not essential) 
  • UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle (insured for business use)
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Be organised with high attention to detail

As a Property Manager Team Leader, your role will involve:

  • Maximise current and future income opportunities.
  • Ensures that the team focus on and maximises referral and recommendation opportunities
  • Monitor performance against targets and service levels
  • Manage a team - providing focus and direction
  • Investigate and resolve queries and problems
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken
  • Develop and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants
