To be considered for the role of Property Manager, you must have the following:
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and courteous telephone manner with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in property management with a strong grasp of industry processes.
Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Organise and oversee routine property inspections to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries post-move-in, providing prompt and professional support.
- Prepare monthly reports outlining occupancy rates, property condition, and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage maintenance requests, working closely with contractors to deliver efficient and reliable repairs.
- Maintain accurate and current records of compliance certifications (including Gas Safe and EICR) and all maintenance activities using Fixflo and our clients' CRM system.
