Our client, a forward-thinking and independent estate agency, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their thriving team just North of Nottingham city centre

To be considered for the role of Property Manager, you must have the following:

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and courteous telephone manner with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience in property management with a strong grasp of industry processes.

Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Organise and oversee routine property inspections to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries post-move-in, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Prepare monthly reports outlining occupancy rates, property condition, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage maintenance requests, working closely with contractors to deliver efficient and reliable repairs.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of compliance certifications (including Gas Safe and EICR) and all maintenance activities using Fixflo and our clients' CRM system.
