Our client a well-respected independent Estate Agency based in Cheshunt is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their close-knit team.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
- Up to £32,000 basic salary depending on experience

Property Manager requirements:
- Candidates must have previous experience in Property Management
- ARLA Desired or an appetite for continuous learning
- Exceptionally organised
- Works accurately and at a speed
- Able to work under pressure
- Must hold a full driver's license
Key responsibilities included in the role of a Property Manager:
- Managing a large portfolio of residential properties
- Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
- Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated
- Meeting KPI’s
- Completing property visits and conducting reports both for check-in and check-out.
- Ensuring the system is updated and all parties are kept fully informed
- Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
- Collecting rent from tenants
