Our clients, a well-known Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their team in the Ipswich area. The role is working Monday – Friday and offers an excellent basic salary, bonus scheme and a varied working day.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary £25,000 - £28,000
- Commission / Bonus Structure
- OTE of £27,500 - £30 500
Property Manager requirements:
- Great Customer Service skills
- Organised manner
- Strong Phone skills
- Driving licence
Key duties for the Property Manager will involve, but not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee a property portfolio
- Deposit Refunds
- Negotiating renewals
- Meter Readings
- Booking Inspections
