- Experience in Property Management
- People management skills

- Reliable
- Experience in carrying out inventories
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
- Ideally ARLA qualified
- Full clean UK driving license
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Process reported maintenance repairs, and monitor reports
- Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
- Managing team
- Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
- Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
- Carrying out inventories
- Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
- Serving notices
- Dealing with the company's developments
