Our client is a well-established and reputable independent Lettings firm that deals with Holiday lets, committed to providing exceptional service to guests and property owners alike. They are currently looking to expand their team and are seeking a Property Administrator to ensure smooth property management and maintenance operations.
As the Property Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards expected by both owners and guests. You'll handle on-stay maintenance and cleaning issues, foster strong relationships with contractors, and manage daily operational tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Working Hours:
- The role operates on a three-week shift cycle with shifts Monday to Friday and one weekend shift every three weeks.
The successful Property Administrator will be offered:
- Base Salary: £25,500 per annum
- Monthly Team Bonus: Additional monthly earnings – Around an extra £2,300 per annum

Key duties for the role of Property Administrator:
- Resolve maintenance and cleaning issues during guest stays, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to property owners, keeping them informed about all aspects of property maintenance.
- Oversee and complete administrative tasks, ensuring all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
