We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our clients, a successful Art Consultancy in Dubai. Where you will collaborate with the Project Lead to facilitates project success through effective project planning, procurement management, and on-site quality control.
Working hours:
- 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Hours can be flexible by 1 hour
The successful Project Coordinator will be offered:

Project Coordinator requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving license and access to own car
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects
- Exceptional customer and client service skills
Project Coordinator key responsibilities will include:
- Estimation
- Managing documentation
- Updating project data in ERP and project management software
- Preparing regular progress reports to keep all team members informed and aligned with project goals
- Conduct installations and site visits, ensuring site access, safety requirements, and coordination with the site team
- Coordinate closely with the team members to ensure project activities align with the management plan.
