Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Hornchurch Area, are looking to employ a Part-Time Property Valuer. They are extremely well-established within the local area and are looking to bring on an individual who has experience and are capable of winning instructions.
The successful Part-Time Property Valuer will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 pro rata
- 30% commission on instructions that exchange and complete
- On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £60,000
- All Leads provided
- Fantastic Commission Package
Working Hours:
Up to 24 hours a week
To be considered for the Part-Time Property Valuer Role you must have:
- Over 5 years’ experience valuing and winning instructions
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Full UK Driving License
As a Part-Time Property Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Attending Market Appraisals
- Prospecting Valuations
- Winning Instructions
