The successful New Homes Sales Manager will be offered:
- Basic of £53,000
- OTE of £85,000 (Uncapped)

New Homes Sales Manager requirements:
- Have previous Estate Agency and New Homes experience.
- Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
- Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a New Homes Sales Manager:
- Work closely with the local branch teams to ensure sales performance and instruction opportunities are maximised.
- Support clients to maximise the marketing of their stock units using our industry-leading offering.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region.
