The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

  • OTE £150,000 - £200,000

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience
  • Proven track record in writing business
  • CeMAP Qualified
  • CAS Status
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Positive attitude towards the industry
  • Whole-of-market experience
  • Ability to manage additional leads

Duties for the role of Mortgage Advisor will include but will not be limited to:

  • Engaging with clients to explore mortgage and protection service options.
  • Crafting comprehensive mortgage solutions across the entire market.
  • Delivering exceptional mortgage and protection advice, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment that values knowledge-sharing and celebrates achievements.
  • Participating in occasional meetings with directors to review progress and identify ongoing opportunities.
  • Demonstrating outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Exhibiting excellent planning and organisational abilities.
  • Displaying strong time management skills.
  • Possessing deep product knowledge and quickly adapting to new products and services.
