Are you an experienced and high-performing Mortgage Advisor seeking a new challenge with the ability to work on a hybrid basis?
If so, our clients based in Lancashire are seeking a driven Mortgage Advisor with the ability to write 20 mortgages a month to join their team primarily dealing with overseas clientele.
They are offering the ability to work on a hybrid basis (from the client's office and from home), as well as, a a generous basic and excellent commission structure.
Salary package on offer for the successful Mortgage Advisor:
- £25,000 - £29,000 Basic - dependent on experience
- On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £100,000
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid basis
Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to sell products and close for business
- Minimum 3 years in Mortgage Industry
- Ability to write 20 Mortgages per month
Mortgage Advisor responsibilities:
- Mortgage applications and sign-ups
- Provide excellent customer service
- Closing for business in a competitive market.
