Our clients, an independent financial practice are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team in North London. As a Mortgage Administrator, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of the application process.
You serve as the backbone of mortgage operations, managing documentation, verifying client information, and coordinating with lenders and borrowers to facilitate timely approvals. Your attention to detail and expertise in navigating the complexities of mortgage regulations help secure successful outcomes for clients, providing them with a seamless path toward homeownership.
The successful candidate will have a passion for the Mortgage industry and is preferred to hold CeMAP 1 qualification but not essential. This opportunity would prefer the successful candidate to have a minimum of two years of experience.
The successful Mortgage Administrator will be offered:
- £27,000 - £30,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
- Monday to Friday
- Office based

Mortgage Administrator requirements:
- Liaising with clients in relation to required documentation & processes
- Completing the online fact find with the client documentation
- Completing ID checks and running any relevant property reports.
- Supporting advisers package cases correctly
- Speaking to lenders/solicitors & updating clients with their applications
- Supporting clients from submission to completion of their mortgage
Key duties for the role of Mortgage Administrator include but will not be limited to:
- 2 year’s experience working in a Mortgage Administrator role
- CeMAP 1 is preferred but not essential
- Experience using 360 Admin Software (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Confidence on the phone
- Initiative to get the job done.
- Excellent administrative Skills
- IT Literate
- Excellent attention to detail
