The successful Lettings Valuer will be offered:
- Basic: Up to £28,000
- OTE: £40,000 - £45,000
- Bonus Scheme

Working Hours:
- Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturday | 1-4 | 09:00 – 17:00
Lettings Valuer requirements:
- Experience Generating Market Appraisals
- Experience Winning Instructions
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task
As a Lettings Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Winning Instructions
- Generating New Business
- Prospecting New Business Daily
- Driving the branch forward to increase market share
- Develop relationships with Tenants and Landlords
