Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator:
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £28,000 basic
- OTE up to £32,000
- Medical Insurance
- Free Parking
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Experience sales environment
- Strong Customer service experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:
- To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
- · Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
- · Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
- · Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
- · Helping build up our client's lettings brand and creating business.
- · Various ad hoc duties
