Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to their expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be driven and have experience working as a negotiator
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £20,000 basic salary
- £28,000 On Target Earnings
- 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
- 5 Day Work Week
Working Hours:
- Mondays – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
- Saturday’s | 09:00 – 16:00 | 3 out of 4 | lieu day in week.
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a negotiator
- Ability to work within a team
- Ambition
- Self-motivated
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Successfully Negotiating offers
- Calling out new properties to potential tenants
- Marketing updates to Landlords
- Attending and booking Viewings
- Booking Valuations
- Relaying post viewing feedback
