We are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, in the Cambridge area.
For this position, our clients are offering a strong basic salary, commission structure and a varied working role as the position will be a dual role. Meaning no two days will be the same!
The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary of up to £30,000
- Realistic OTE of up to £35,000
- Mileage
- Ongoing training and support
Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Experience in the Lettings industry
- UK driving license
- Access to own car
- Career driven
- Team player
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Professional attitude
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Carry out Viewings
- Occasional Valuations
- Dealing with Tenancy applications
- General admin
- Assisting with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
