This is a great opportunity offering a strong basic salary, commission structure and car allowance, with a 5-day working week.
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
- £32,000 Basic
- Upto £38,000 OTE - Realistic

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Generating and completing property valuations to increase market share
- Resolving customer issues
- Building strong relationships and networks with developers, landlords and tenants
Lettings Manager requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of lettings experience
- Ability to close for business
- Strong communication skills
- Driving license and access to own car
- Local area knowledge is advantageous
Working Days:
As a Lettings Manager, you will be required to work Monday to Friday.
