My client, based in Aylesbury, is looking to bring on a Lettings Manager to help drive their branch forward. They are a forward-thinking agency who are always on the look to build and develop their brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or an established Lettings Manager.

Day To Day Duties of a Lettings Manager:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
  • Encouraging the team to achieve KPI’s
  • Encourage your team's development and progression through performance meetings.
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
  • A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
