Are you an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager wanting to develop their own branch, concentrating on office growth and listing.
My client is a market-leading estate agent and is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their already well-established team.
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
- Basic Salary of circa £30,000
- Profit Share of the Lettings Department
- Company Car or Car Allowance

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
- No weekends
To be considered for the Lettings Manager Role you must have:
- 5 years experience in Lettings
- Strong understanding of the legislation surrounding lettings
- Valid UK Driving License
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing a team of negotiators
- Generating and winning instructions
- Developing the team
- Oversee the full lettings life cycle, from instruction, negotiating offers, tenant acquisition, lease/property management and rent collection
