My client is looking for an experienced Lettings administrator to assist their Property Management team.
This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience in the Property industry.
The successful Lettings Administrator will be offered:

Working Hours:
- As a Lettings Administrator, you will be required to work Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Requirements for a Lettings Administrator
- Be a clear and concise communicator, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate a proactive, optimistic and ‘can do’ attitude
- Show highly organised administration skills with attention to detail
- Build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work load efficiently
- Have advanced IT knowledge
- Be a conscientious and dedicated team member
- ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)
As a Lettings Administrator, your role will include but not be limited to
- Deal with all incoming enquiries with empathy with a desire to resolve issues
- Ensure your work output is of the highest standard and accurate
- Be able to influence others with a calm and reassuring manner
